Before & After: Powder Room

Although the finished product is always the money shot, I do LOVE a good before and after.

My client was tired of the old Powder Room and we discussed doing something more contemporary.

BEFORE:

Amy Martineau Vermillion Interior Design Powder Room Facelift BEFORE

I designed a new cabinet with a new marble top.  I also designed a new mirror, replaced the sink and all the fixtures and hung grass cloth on the walls.

I like to design custom pieces and have them built by my team of craftspeople rather than always rely on what’s available ready made.  It can be surprisingly reasonably priced and my clients get a completely unique piece.  It’s great to employ local vendors too.

My client loves it!

Sometimes, a little freshening up is needed in the Powder Room!

Enjoy,

How are you doing, sweetie? Is everything great? Preparing yourself for some candy? :-) My kids are so excited for Halloween.

By the way, I’m sorry I’m missing some of your posts lately. But I’m trying to spend very little time in front of the computer. I have too much pain if I stay here for too long (braxton hicks). So, I’m trying to take it easy now, since there’s only 4 weeks to go. :-)

    Wishing you a blessed weekend.
