Randall Stofft, award winning South Florida architect designs absolutely gorgeous homes (and resorts too).
I came across the Chicago born, Frank Lloyd Wright influenced architect when searching for Florida inspired design. Stofft worked at the legendary Skidmore, Owings & Merrill firm and started Randall Stofft Architects in 1985.
In the above picture, I see that prairie influence combined with coastal style. The dominant horizontal line, low pitched hipped roof, wide overhanging eaves and geometric ornament would make old Frank proud.
Here is the Coonley House in Riverside, Illinois. I wrote my college thesis on Frank Lloyd Wright using this house in particular so I have a soft spot for it.
Here are some current beauties…I like you Randall Stofft!
Hope you have a great week!
