A warm welcome and a few words to all of the new subscribers to the blog…
Thank you! The emails that tell me that I have a new subscriber are dear to my heart. When you become a subscriber, the new blog posts are emailed to you in complete form so you don’t have to click on a link to read it in its entirety…a feature that I personally love when subscribing to blogs.
And even though you don’t have to click over to read the blog, I encourage you to do so to leave a comment or email me any topics you are interested in. And yes, it’s free to subscribe. We never do anything with your email address except send you a blog post. And if you ever get tired of the amazingly fantastic content here, you can simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the email post– but how could you? Wink.
Some things are classic.
Some things can’t be improved upon.
Some things are unmistakably recognizable.
Some things are naturally incredible.
So it makes sense that the simply elegant color palette of black and white would translate well to interiors.
Emerald Green may be the Pantone Color of the year for 2013 (what’s not to love) but black and white have my vote. Black and white are happy playmates with Emerald Green, Coral, Yellow and Violet. So if you are looking for a color to pop with black and white, those are great options.
But for those who like their martinis straight up, their coffee sans cream and their interiors pure…this is for you.
